I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and I must say, it was fantastic! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. They even arranged for a taxi to take me to Dolphin Bay, which only took a short drive from this hotel. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. I had two swimming pool access rooms and two deluxe double rooms, which were all kept spick and span. For breakfast, the hotel provided us with ala carte dishes, and I enjoyed both the Thai and the basic western-style breakfast. The hotel's location was also great - it was very near to the beach, only a stone's throw away!

The hotel has some really great views from the rooms, it's a shame that everything else was such a let down! The location of the hotel is also pretty good - not too far from the main sights and attractions. The hotel pools were nice, it's just a shame that the staff were so unhelpful and made our stay very unpleasant.

To be honest, I've never stayed somewhere with such unhelpful staff. They really didn't seem to care about making our stay enjoyable and were dismissive when we had questions or concerns.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation! Located very close to the beach in a quiet area, it offers comfortable, spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The staff is amazing and provides excellent service, always willing to fulfill any special requests. The breakfast menu is diverse and tasty, offering crispy bacon and fresh omelettes. The swimming pool is right outside your bedroom, while the security at the entrance provides a sense of security.

One aspect to note is that it may be a bit inconvenient to travel to the city center, as a taxi ride can be quite costly.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at The Bihai. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
